   I think most people can learn the basics, like singing in tune and controlling their breathing, but not everyone can become a professional. For example, when I joined the school choir, our teacher showed us simple techniques to improve, and even students who thought they couldn’t sing became better. Of course, some people have natural talent, but practice and training can help almost everyone. It’s similar to learning a language: maybe not everyone will be excellent, but with enough effort, anyone can improve their singing skills.

2. What should the government do to help people with musical talent?

So investing in music is good for both society and artists.
